On-site service eliminates shipping risk, keeps your cryostat in your lab environment, and in most cases gets you back up and running the same day or next day. This is the preferred option for urgent repairs and for larger units where shipping is impractical.

Nationwide Depot Repair

If you’re outside our on-site coverage area, you can ship your Leica cryostat to our fully equipped service center. We’ll diagnose, repair, and test the unit before returning it to you. Freight charges apply. For labs that can’t afford extended downtime, we offer rental units during the repair period — and service contract customers receive free loaners.
