On-Site Repair

For labs in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, and California, we dispatch a factory-trained technician directly to your facility. On-site service is faster, eliminates shipping risk, and allows our technicians to assess the full context of the failure in your lab environment. It is the preferred option for large instruments like tissue processors and cryostats that are difficult or expensive to ship. In most cases we can have a technician on-site same day or next day.

Nationwide Depot Repair

Outside our on-site coverage area? Ship your equipment to our fully equipped service center and we’ll repair and return it. Freight charges apply. Rental units are available during the repair period to keep your lab processing specimens — and service contract customers receive free loaners.

Service contract customers receive guaranteed on-site response within 24 hours. For depot repairs, we begin work as soon as your unit arrives at our service center.
