On-Site Repair

For labs in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, and California, we dispatch a factory-trained technician directly to your facility. On-site service is faster, eliminates shipping risk, and is the preferred option for larger cryostat units where shipping is impractical or expensive. In most cases we can have a technician on-site same day or next day.

Nationwide Depot Repair

Outside our on-site coverage area? Ship your Thermo Fisher cryostat to our fully equipped service center and we’ll repair and return it. Freight charges apply. Rental units are available during the repair period to keep your lab running — and service contract customers receive free loaners.

Do you carry parts for older Shandon and Thermo models?

Can you repair our cryostat if we’re outside your service area?

Yes — our nationwide depot repair service covers labs anywhere in the United States. You ship the unit to us, we repair and test it, and return it. Freight charges apply and we can provide shipping guidance to ensure safe transit.

Do you offer loaners while our Thermo Fisher cryostat is being repaired?
